By enrolling in classes at Le Petit Swan Dance Academy I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the Dance Studio Policies outlined in the description and policy section for each class. I understand that term fees are non-refundable, I will provide any necessary medical information, and I acknowledge the inherent risks of physical activity. I also agree that photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes and accept responsibility for ensuring my child is picked up promptly after class.
